Shipping & Returns

UK Orders

We aim to get all orders placed between Monday 9am - Friday 5pm posted the next working day.

Single items will be posted 1st class (standard)

Multiple items will be posted 1st class signed for.

Any orders made after 5pm on Friday will be posted on the following Monday.

Once posted items usually take 2-4 days to arrive. 

Our items are sent in a large letter envelope but please contact us if you wish to have an upgraded shipping option, with upgraded packaging and a signed for or recorded delivery option. 

International Orders

Please contact us for postage prices outside the UK.

Returns

In the unfortunate event you have an issue with your product please contact us so we can resolve any problems you may have.

Returns are accepted within 14 days providing the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags.
